Fossile hunting at Jonesville Mine

Max has decided he wants to hunt dinosaur bones when he grows up so we went to Sutton in search of a T-rex. We found about 10 fern, leaf and flower fossils while Alice slept on the cliff edge. The trash and shotgun shells made me nervous and when I heard 4-wheelers and other scary noises, we got out of there with images of Deliverance running through my head. Next time, I'll go with more people. Well worth it though, just wish it wasn't so trashed.
